Breakfast:

If I'm at a restaurant avocado toast with over easy eggs


Lunch:

Protein Shake or Sandwich with Vegan lunchmeat


If I'm at a restaurant Ceasar Salad with salmon


Dinner:

Steam in a bag veggies with a huge piece of fish


If I'm at a restaurant Ceasar Salad with salmon


Snacks:

(I don't like to eat after 8pm)


White Cheddar Popcorn

Protein Bar
